The process is real. The stages, the FileMaker steps, the three follow-up emails, the tiered markup, the pre-press and production statuses, and the 95 / 5 split all come from the sessions on 14 and 21 September.
The customers and products are real. Hall's Taekwondo, Hyrox, Nurse Next Door, Connect Now, Centuria, Saint-Gobain and CMYKhub are all live accounts, and the product types come from the August advertising report.
The emails are not. Every message shown here was written for the demonstration. Nothing has been taken from the mailbox, because no real examples have been supplied yet. One genuine enquiry, with the quote that went back, would let this be rebuilt on real correspondence.
The time figures are a target, not a measurement. Daily email volume has not been established. That is the first question in the discovery questionnaire.
